How payment works
Bring your insurance card to your consultation. We file the claim for you, and payments from your plan come to our office. Your estimated portion is due at the time of service unless arranged in advance, and we send a monthly statement for any balance after your insurance pays, usually within four to six weeks.
We accept Cash, Check, CareCredit, American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover. Credit card payments carry a 3.79% processing fee from the card processor. Cash, check and CareCredit do not.
Financing. CareCredit offers promotional financing on qualifying purchases, and we can arrange a monthly payment plan before treatment.

Are you in network with my insurance?
We are a preferred provider for most dental PPO plans, including Aetna, Careington, Cigna, Delta Dental, Dentamax, DHA and more. Call us with your card and we will confirm.
When do I pay?
Your estimated portion is due at the time of treatment unless other arrangements are made in advance. We bill your insurance and send a statement for any remaining balance.
Can I pay over time?
Yes. CareCredit offers financing, and we can arrange a monthly payment plan if it is set up before treatment.
Do you accept Medicaid?
Medicaid and similar programs are not accepted.
